In my course, we are using a "Hide this layer" trigger when the user clicks on a marker. This is not working with a keyboard. Is the marker not keyboard accessible in this way?
I'm happy to help! Using the trigger to Hide Layer when clicking on a Marker should work when using the keyboard only. Are you selecting the marker using either the Enter key or Space bar?
I've tested this on my end, and I could hide the layer when selecting the marker using keyboard-only navigation. Here's my test.
I'm happy to look at your project if you want to attach it to this discussion. If you'd rather share the file privately, here's a direct upload link.
Thank you for taking the time to test this for me, I have identified what is going on.
The show/hide layer triggers do not work with markers when you select "Audio Only" in the marker options.
In the attachment, the Base layer has a marker without "Audio Only selected", and the Layer has "Audio Only" selected. Both the base layer and layer triggers function as expected with a mouse.
However, the trigger will not work with a keyboard when the "Audio Only" marker is selected.
I would like to be able to use the marker without having the title/description "bubble." Even when left blank, you can see it "disappear" on the base layer when you return to it.
Is there a way to avoid the title/description bubble AND make the marker keyboard accessible without selected "Audio Only"?

Hi Mallory!
Thank you for those details! Have you looked into just using an icon with an oval shape rather than a marker?
I'd recommend using an oval with an icon so that you can control what happens when the user selects the icon.
Let me know if that works for you!
