We have created an accessible course in storyline 360. It has total 100 pages. Client has suggested textual changes many times. We have implemented the same. We have removed the custom alt+text for the bulleted list text. However, the old custom tab order text again and again appearing for the text boxes. This is happening mostly when we save, close and again open the file. Can anybody please suggest that what can be done here.
I understand the alt text is still populating even though you've removed it. Alt text can't be empty, so I'd recommend adding a space in the field instead of leaving it blank.
If that doesn't do the trick, I'd encourage you to share your .story file with our Support Engineers in a support case.
