I just went into my storyline project to find that all of the audio I had recorded on each slide is gone. I'm not sure how I did this but I know the audio was previously saved because I have an old version uploaded to Review365 that has all of the audio. Is there any way for me to restore a previously saved version of my project? Or to download my previous version from Review365? Thank you in advance for your help!
There isn't a way to download the .story file from Review 360, but you should be able to find a working version of a previous file in your temp folder.
Here are the steps:
1) Open this folder in Windows Explorer: %appdata%\Articulate\Storyline
2) Scan the contents of this folder for a file that starts with the name of your project. If you find one, copy it to your desktop. If you find more than one, copy the latest version to your desktop.
3) Change the file extension of the copy on your desktop from *.tmp to *.story.

4) Double-click the file to open it in Storyline.
