Activation
Hello,
I have been using Storyline peacefully since Dec 2013 and today, on start-up it says trial period is over and I have to activate Storyline.
Has anyone experienced this before?
Is this a normal occurrence or a bug?

Hi Philip,
Did you install an update recently? You'll need to reinsert your serial number if so - and if you don't have it, you can connect with our Support team for help.

I did not install any updates.
Anyway after pressing the activate button, it reactivated itself.
Working fine now.
Sounds good Philip - and you'll want to use the latest update if you can, update 6 and all the release notes are detailed here.
