Activation Problems

I have been using a trial code in Storyline 2. My company just purchased a serial number for me and my colleague. On his machine the code worked fine. On mine, I'll enter the code, and the software will go to the screen where it says "Please wait while we process your actiavtion request". The bar will continually move again and again across the page until finally the attempt at activation times out.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Looks like our Support Engineer Wilbert was able to help resolve this with you in case #00781713 . For anyone who may be following along or run into this in the future, it appears that this repair to fix erratic behavior did the trick. Glad you're up and running!

I also just wanted to pop in and verify that you and your colleague are using two different serial numbers. As per our End User License Agreement, one serial number allows a single user to use Articulate software on a maximum of two computers, such as a home computer and work computer, or a desktop computer and laptop computer.
