I am unable to activate the latest SL2 update. See Attached. When I do the manual request, get the activation code copy and paste into the correct field I get an error: Activation Failed. Try Again. After the Update SL2 thinks I'm on the 30day trial.

Hi George, your best bet is to contact Articulate support - I have had this happen to me and they sort it out quickly.
