I'm using a game template for Storyline and my supervisor wants me to create a form at the end of the game that will capture the participant's score and they can enter their name and email address so that we can create a database.
Is this possible? is there a template out there already created for this?
Thank you. It did help guide me in the right direction. We already had a contact form on our website so I just inserted an hyperlink directing the users to that page. It was that simple!
