Adding a Slider to a Freeform Question

Hello everyone,

I saw a few of these out there, but none fit exactly what I needed. Here I made my own .story file that I wanted to share. 

This Quiz Question includes a slider and I wanted the user to slide to the correct option. This originally was for an insurance eligibility class, where the various signal colors meant eligibility status, but I simplified it to just the colors.
