Can you try to export the image from Storyline and re-import it? If that doesn't work, then the original orientation may be incorrect. You can adjust it using any image editor before re-importing it into Storyline.

Thank you I did try following your instructions. However it did not work, but with that I did trace it back to my images that I was importing the orientation of the images from the original photo were taken on an iPhone and the camera held sideways resulting the rotation hook being on the side or at the bottom of a couple of images.
My workaround was to snip the image and resave as a new image in paint. All worked well.
