I am using a matching drag and drop quiz template and was wondering if I am able to 'unsnap' only the incorrect matches when a user selects the try again button? Equally if this isn't possible, is there a way of indicating which matches are correct and which aren't? I have looked at states but it doesn't seem to be possible to set states on this template. This isn't being used for grading more to reinforce a teaching point.
Thanks for this, is it possible to get this feedback to happen after they have submitted their answers? I have selected the delay drop targets until after submission field but this doesn't seem to cause this to happen. Currently the drag and drop will only drop on the correct target and so this would almost make the task more trial and error rather than having a go and learning what was wrong or right...
Hi Ed! I thought you wanted the immediate feedback :)
You can change it to snap back if dropped on any target then, this way they could get it right or wrong. Feedback when submitting could happen, but would not be per answer of course.
In addition, you could have a trigger set to jump back to slide, with the slide set to reset to initial state, but this would also 'undo' your correct answers as well.
So, it sounds like you are going to have to come up with a completely custom design to get what you are looking for. You could set up something with states as you indicated previously.
Perhaps someone in the community will be able to assist.

Hi Ed!
I would advise utilizing your drag and drop options. This would allow you to set an item to snap back if dropped outside of a correct drop target.

Hope this makes sense!
