Hope you can help, I have a form with 10 numeric entry boxes. I want to add all of the user's answers to give them a final score. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to create the variable that adds more than one entry! Can you help?

You need one trigger per entry:
Add NumericEntry1 to Total when user clicks NEXT
Add NumericEntry2 to Total when user clicks Next
...
Jump to Next slide when user clicks NEXT
