You can turn the notes and the menu on as parts of the player, and then the user can click between them. You can review the information as detailed here.
Hmm - can't say that I've seen that, although you can change how it's labeled individually so that may be what you're seeing? If you're not sure what update your on you can check by going to the Help tab -> About Articulate Storyline and there you'll see the version and update number listed. Here is the information on how to change the text labels and adjust the title of that.

Ashley, thanks for the resource. I'm thinking I may be an update behind. I found how to do it, but it's called Subtitles in my version.
