I'm trying to attach resources to the player for the first time. I'm able to add my files (.pdf and .ppt) within Storyline 2 just fine. However, when I publish to my LMS and try clicking on the resources, I get a Server Error/404-File or directory not found message. I thought that once published, Storyline kept a copy of any files added right along with the course content. What could be causing this?
I figured it out. When I publish my zipped file, it does not include the external resources file. After manually adding this and zipping instead of doing it from Storyline, it worked fine. Thanks for helping me think through it!

if you look in the published folders story_content\external_files can you see the pdf and ppt in there?

No, I don't see any folder with "external_files" or the pdf/ppt anywhere. Could this have anything to do with zipping my file?
