Adding the same click effect to multiple objects

I'd like to add a sound effect that is triggered whenever the user clicks on an image on a slide.  I want this to apply to all images on all slides.  I know I could add a trigger on each individual image, but that would be long and tedious.  The ideal solution would be something like in javascript selecting all elements in a class and adding the sound effect on click.  So if anyone has done this and could help out that would be great.  Otherwise, is there any equivalent to "format painter" for triggers?
