I have a new piece of work that I have to add numerous videos too. Some videos are over 20 min long. What is the best way to insert them without blowing out the size of my storyline file?
I thought I could upload on to youtube or Vimeo and then insert it from there or is there another way that I can upload video files? They are private so don't want them to be in the public domain.
If hosting your videos in a public hosting site is not an option for you, the next best thing that we can recommend is to lower the resolution of your videos instead. You'll notice that there is a significant difference in file size between a 1080p HD video, and a 720p video. If you're interested in going this route, you can check out Handbrake which is a free tool that you can use to lower the resolution of your videos.
