I am designing a course and in the player I want the learner to advance by using the forward and backward arrows however no matter what setting I select the buttons don't do anything?
Can you assist and let me know the setting to let the learner freely advance from slide to slide using the inbuilt player navigation.
These pretty much work as expected all of the time and some alterations have been made. A few things to check - Common issue could be that the triggers have been deleted or edited (as long as you are not changing scenes), or the Menu has been set to locked or restricted. If the menu is locked or restricted then by default the next buttons do not work until the timeline of the slide has completed. Another common issue we see is that someone is on previewing a slide and not the entire project.
If you can share your story file we might be able to quickly troubleshoot.
