I have a video that I want to allow the learner pick a place in the video using a list of time frames. The video is loaded on a slide and I have a list of time frames that are buttons. The buttons would trigger advancing to a specific place on the timeline.
You could splice the video into chapters and put them on different layers. The buttons could open a layer (chapter). After a layer's timeline (chapter) is completed have a trigger open the next layer.

There us no built in way to do this.
Is there a way to capture (in a variable) where we are in a timeline as it is playing?
You could build a timer which would store the time
