In some of the videos i hear a bit sound at the start, if i play it in VLC or media players i cant hear the sound. If any has a idea why it is coming after publishing the file.
If the sound's best described as a instant "pop" that could be the web browser accessing the sound system. SL (likely) accesses the sound system at program startup and sends audio into the system as needed.
Is this something that happens across all files or is it limited to this particular file for you. If it's the one file and you are not able to replicate in a sample file, perhaps importing your slides into a new project will assist. If you need to work privately with a support engineer, you may do so here. An NDA can be signed if needed.
