I want to let the learner continue trying a quiz question until they get the correct answer but would like to only score their first attempt. How can I accomplish this in SL360?
My first thought is you could create duplicate slides for each quiz question. If the Correct layer is triggered, program the continue button to navigate to the next quiz slide. If the Incorrect layer is triggered, program the continue button to navigate to the duplicate quiz slide.
To score only the first attempt, set the result slide to only count the original quiz questions (not the duplicates).
I put together a quick sample file to show you how I'd set this up. Let me know if this is what you had in mind!
