I set the quiz for only 2 attempts, which works perfectly. But once i publish in our LMS, if the user is out of attempts, closes the window and goes back in, the user can restart the quiz again. I am thinking this is not a storyline issue but more of our LMS issues.
Hi Nancy! The first thing I would check is your resume setting in the Player Properties. If the quiz is set to resume (or prompt to resume) when your learners exit and return to it, I would expect them to not be able to start the course over.
If your learners leave before the course is completed and return to it in the LMS, does the course resume from where they left off?
Also, what should happen when they are out of attempts? Should they be stuck on the results slide with no other options?
