Allowing learners to submit attachment

Hello,
I am creating an activity that learners will need to submit a Word document which includes numerous fields of responses. The answers will depend on each learner's field experience - so there is no correct or incorrect answer.
Has anyone created activities like this? How do I set up an activity for learners to submit Word documents in Storyline? If submitting a Word document is not possible, do you have any suggestions how I can set it up in Storyline to accommodate learners to type information in different fields on one single slide?
Thank you very much!

Hi
There isn't currently a feature to allow learners to append documents to a course but you can add multiple data entry fields to a slide for learners to type into. Each data entry field will create a variable to hold the information so you can re-display it at any time using a reference.

Helen
Hi Helen,
Thank you so muhc for your prompt response. It makes sense to do what you described. I am a new user of Storyline and I'm not sure how to add multiple data entry fields. I have tried to use Quizzing/Survey/Essay tool but it seems like I can only create one field on a slide.
Any additional assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated!
Thank!

Hi Wen-Li,
Do you already know how to add a single text entry field to a slide...and how to reference it, as Helen has suggested, later? Here's a tutorial.
If so, can you tell us a bit more about what you're trying to do...or perhaps upload a slide of what you have so far? There are a number of threads and tutorials on inserting multiple text entries (I've made a few myself), but they might feel overwhelming if they're not matched well to the task you have in mind.
Was there a solution for this feature request?
Hi Robert, and welcome to E-Learning Heroes. 😊
I am unable to track down any feature requests for this.
Tracking Storyline courses and any additional attachments would be handled outside of Storyline.
I look forward to hearing how others may be accomplishing a similar goal, and you can always share your feature requests directly with our team.
