I am having an accessibility issue with a graphic (our logo) in the player sidebar. I have added Alt text in the play and checked "Visible to accessibility tools" (see attachment)but when tested with JAWS it does not read the alt text (see attachment).
Anyone encounter a similar issue and have a solution?
Hi Belinda, is there any issue with using the Modern player rather than the Classic player. I know that the Modern player is the focus of accessibility features and definitely supports the ALT text. I'm not aware of why it wouldn't be displaying under the Classic player, but using Modern would definitely provide much better accessibility features for most of the player controls, and not just the ALT text on the logo.
