AMP not detected - wants to install every time Sep 21, 2015 By CPPE IT Dept On the iPad every time we try to open an e-learning programme which uses the articulate mobile player, we are prompted to download the app, even though it is already installed. WHY?

Hi CPPE,
Are you using iOS9? There was a recent error as documented here, so you'll want to ensure you're using the latest update of Storyline 2 and follow the other steps as detailed there.
