An error in preview project.

Hi!
I am using Articulate storyline for interactive e-learning games and slides. I have found an error here in articulate preview sidebar menu.
Error
Error is that when ever try to take preview of slide we find the first one slide always checked by tick mark and we have no particular restrictions here to make hide this tick mark.

I have tried different options and i have not found the way to remove this kindly help me and guide me how to remove this checkmark . This checkmark should appear only at the completion when all the answers are submitted.

The checkmark when the learner lands on the quiz question is the expected behavior since Update 50 of Storyline 360. You can read more about this here.
If you only want the checkmark to appear after all the questions have been submitted, you need to add your questions to a Question bank instead:
