Animating a text box controlled by mouse clicks

I need to show the student several bullet points from a text box one at a time - in response to the student clicking the mouse.  Since there doesn't seem to be a built-in option to do this, I was able to do it by pausing the timeline and resuming it in response to a mouse click.  But it's a big hokey and the fades are a bit rough.  I also did it by splitting up the points into individual test boxes, but that's a lot of work.

Any easy solution I missed?
