I imported audio into my Storyline360 slide as an mp3. And I have animation in other layers, animation is includes of Text, Borders, Boxes. I have synch animation as per the audio, when i preview in my machine its works properly for me, but at clients machine audio comes first and after a few seconds lag animation comes.
so issue is of animation lag at clients machine only.
When you're testing the course is this preview or publish? I'd want to see if you and your colleague experience the same behavior while testing under the same conditions.
So for example, I'd look at publishing for Web or LMS and then upload into that environment. That will allow you to test it in a real-world scenario and see how it plays back. Also, make sure you're both using the same browser to test in too.
If things are still behaving oddly, I'd love to get a look at your .story file to do some additional testing. You're welcome to share here or send along privately to our Support Team.
We both are checking on same Chrome browser which is updated.
But I have noticed one thing, While publishing, if I change - Quality:Custom optimization, will affect in the colleagues machine. But its the same output for my machine.
