it's recommended that you publish and upload your file to a webserver or LMS or however it is going to be deployed to your user so you can test properly.
If you're still having trouble you can upload the .story file here and give folks a little more information about what is not working and what it should be doing.

Please see this article for additional details on Publishing and Sharing Articulate Storyline 2 Content, and let us know if issues persist! Also, if you are using an LMS, please see if you find the same results on the SCORM Cloud, or if using a web server, perhaps see if the course behaves the same when tested on tempshare.articulate.com, as well.
