I'm in a pickle and hoping for some advice. We've suddenly switched content management systems, so all the links in our courses that pointed to documents in the original system are now just broken links. I need to inventory all the courses that have links out to the original system so we can fix the links in them. Other than opening each one and manually searching for links, I was hoping to do a search across the Articulate SCORM or source files stored in a drive. I have a keyword that will show up in each of these links, so I can simply search all the files for this word, but I don't know if that's possible. Anyone have any ideas about how to tackle this issue?
Great question! If you’re searching in your local drive, I believe the only keyword that would be recognized is the title. I haven’t come across a search option in Windows or Mac that includes any of the content in files. Unfortunately, the only option I can think of is to open each file and manually search for the links.
