Any way to do a quadrant chart in Storyline?

Hello,

I am trying to build out a personality assessment where  based on learner's scores they will get 2 scores for an X and Y value that will be plotted on a graph. Can anyone think of anyway to make this? I built-out the scoring so I will get a positive or negative value for X and Y but I don't know how to reflect this in a graph. Is there any way to automate this, like I was considering sliders, or do I have to do it manually with building states to show each point on the chart.
