For the last couple of weeks, each time I try to publish I see the same crash report message. What do I need to do to correct this issue and to publish eLearning? I can only successfully publish to Word. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
Could you please confirm that you are working and publishing locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline. Should you exhaust these options and are still having trouble, please submit a support case, and here is how you can upload error logs to Articulate Support.
Thank you for the response. To be honest I just tried to publish again and after two weeks of being dead in the water - it worked. I did absolutely nothing different. I will review your message and see if it will help should this issue reappear.

So unfortunately the inability to publish is back. I do publish locally and also created a new storyline project, imported all my scenes etc and still no luck. If you have other ideas I would love to hear about them. Is there a new update perhaps that would correct this publishing issue?? Thanks in advance for any assistance with this request.
