Anyone else experiencing a constant Articulate Storyline Publishing Crash Report?

For the last couple of weeks, each time I try to publish I see the same crash report message. What do I need to do to correct this issue and to publish eLearning? I can only successfully publish to Word. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Hi, Cindy --

Could you please confirm that you are working and publishing locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline. Should you exhaust these options and are still having trouble, please submit a support case, and here is how you can upload error logs to Articulate Support.

So unfortunately the inability to publish is back. I do publish locally and also created a new storyline project, imported all my scenes etc and still no luck. If you have other ideas I would love to hear about them. Is there a new update perhaps that would correct this publishing issue?? Thanks in advance for any assistance with this request.
