I inserted a progress bar under a video in my Storyline course, and the video appears differently for different people - sometimes with the controls, other times you need to hover to show the controls (see attached). I tested it in both IE and Chrome and there isn't a pattern related to the browser, and it isn't even consistent for a single computer. Can anyone tell me what is happening and how I can make it look the same for everyone? I don't really care which way it looks, I just want it to be consistent.
Hi there, Amanda! The difference you're seeing is likely due to whether Flash Player is enabled in the browser where the course is being launched. In Storyline 2, when I view my output in Chrome, this is what I get for HTML5 output (not Flash):
