I'm trying to apply a layout to imported PPT slides but nothing happens...just a white background with none of the stuff in my layout...text/images/shapes are all missing even though it shows the layout has been applied.
I've tried a few different things...duplicating layout, new layout, new master, new storyline doc, re-importing PPTs but nothing helps.
Any answer to this? I was hoping since it's been 7 months that a response has been reached.
I'm having the same issue. I import PPT files and when I apply the Master Slide, the PPT slide remains white and my text does not show up in the place holder. I can copy and paste it on a new slide, but I lose all my timing. This makes for a lot more work.
Just hoping if there was an answer it could be posted here.
Yes, I was able to take a look at John's case and it was an error we were unable to replicate and it was advised for John to repair his Storyline installation. No confirmation of if he was able to do this though.
With your permission, I'd like you to share your project file with our support engineers to investigate what's happening. You can share it privately by uploading it here. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.
