When I try to preview the scene on articulate Storyline, I am unable to view it and I get an error report that says something went wrong and storyline might close. Due to this I'm unable to preview my build on SL..
Please can you let me know if you have any idea on how this can be resolved.
Sorry you're getting stuck! First, are you working from your local hard drive, or from a shared network drive?
If you're already working locally, there may be something corrupt on one of your slides. I'm happy to help you narrow it down if you don't mind sharing your file with me.

I have sent mutliple error reports and had no response. I am working from my desktop rather than the network folder and I have tried importing it into a new project but still can't preview the scene or entire project, only slide by slide. Is it a memory/size issue do you think? Or might it be corrupt somehow? File attached.
Sorry for the trouble, Julia! The error report generates some information for our Product team to help them investigate potential bugs. I'm sorry if the verbiage of that message was confusing. If this ever happens again and you'd like help with your file, you can reach our team 24/7 by clicking here.
It looks like Slide 1.22 had a special character in the slide title that Storyline doesn't recognize, and that was throwing the error. I simply removed that character from the title, and now everything is working correctly.
Have a look at the updated file I attached, and let me know if it's working for you, as well!
