Hi, I'm using Storyline 3 and having an issue with bookmarking. Every time I return to the course and answering resume (setting set to Prompt to resume) it takes me to question #9 of the pre-assessment. It doesn't matter were I exit the course, it always take me to resume from that question. I am using SCORM 1.2 and the LMS is using IE11.
Any ideas of why it is behaving this way? I will appreciate your feedback.
Thank you so much for your replay. That was what I was thinking the problem was. I don't think my client can use that option on their LMS. They specifically directed me to use SCORM 1.2. The course has 117 slides and we are tracking only by number of slides. Mostly of the slides contains videos created in After Effects, some of them 4 or 5 minutes long. I noticed the performance was getting sluggish as the course progressed. The course crashed and reinitiated giving me the option to resume. That is when it took me back to question #9 every single time. The LMS presented me an error message saying it couldn't find the API ( see image below).
I reinitiated the course 3 times and on those 3 times the course crash but in different places during the course.
I know SCORM 1.2 data capacity is about 4096 versus SCORM 2004 3rd edition is about 64000.
Are those numbers in MB? How can I calculate the course data numbers?
