The part you'll want to focus on is the Desktop Browsers for Viewing Content. As you can see, only the Flash output of Storyline and Studio is supported in Internet Explorer 10.
In that case, you'll want to be sure that Flash is enabled in the learners' browser, and you'll want to publish content with Flash included.
