I am on my 4th computer from this company. Despite my continuously telling them and sending the link on your website about the minimum computer specifications, I'm still having issues with getting a computer where Articulate won't freeze or crash. Now they want to know if the 2.0 GHz for CPU needs to be on a single core. Also I was wondering if there is anything I can tell them the computer should have to prevent this from happening again. In all my years of using Articulate, I've never encountered this before. Let me know.
