Articulate 360 Crashing - Need specific Computer Requirements

Hi!

I am on my 4th computer from this company. Despite my continuously telling them and sending the link on your website about the minimum computer specifications, I'm still having issues with getting a computer where Articulate won't freeze or crash. Now they want to know if the 2.0 GHz for CPU needs to be on a single core. Also I was wondering if there is anything I can tell them the computer should have to prevent this from happening again. In all my years of using Articulate, I've never encountered this before. Let me know.

It sounds like despite having the minimum requirements, you're still running into issues with running Articulate 360!
