What Windows version are you using? We've seen a few different errors such as this and it's been connected back to not having the latest Windows updates installed. If you'd like to connect with our Support team here they'll be able to assist you with getting that updated so that you can dive into the trial.

Just checking in Swati and I see Miker reached out to you to collect some system logs - so if you didn't get that email just let us know! You'll also want to check your junk or spam folder and be sure it didn't get filtered there!

Hi Ashley, mi version is Windows 8.1 x64-bits, but i am not sure about the problem.
