I downloaded the articulate-360.exe file and installed the installer. I found that the text appears to be in Chinese for some reason, which is interesting since I never specified a language. I'd like to know how to change the language to English. Thank you!
Sorry that happened! Let's get your language setting sorted out.
Open the Articulate 360 desktop app, then click the drop-down arrow in the upper right corner near your avatar and choose Preferences (the second option).
In the Language dropdown, choose English, and click the blue Save button.
Restart all your Articulate apps, including the Articulate 360 desktop app itself. Right-click the Articulate 360 icon in your system tray by the clock and choose Quit. Then launch it again from your desktop shortcut or your Start menu.
This solves it for me. Strange that the installer defaults to a language I don't have installed on Windows 10. I wouldn't have worked this out without your video.
