I'm trying out the free trial of Articulate 360 and I have a quick question/concern. I'm 'upgrading' some of my existing projects and previewing with Storyline. Once upgraded and editing, if I try to preview the presentation as an iphone, ipad, etc, the preview shows my project with a totally different font, some letters missing, some characters added, etc.
Is anyone else seeing this or is this a product issue? Screenshots attached.
So happy to hear you're already working through the trial! It does look like two different fonts there, and I'd be curious what was the font you were using so that I could try and replicate it? Also if you have a .story file to share with me here that's helpful too.
Is it a free download I could access? If you have a link handy that would help - or if you can share the font files then I can test out how it appears on my projects and devices we well.
Are you getting an error message when trying to upload here? I'll use your email to open up a Support case and you'll get a message with other options to allow you to upload the content. Please keep an eye out for an email from Support(a)Articulate.com

I'm using Proxima Nova which is a font that will need to be downloaded.
