I'm wondering if anyone has any issues publishing to an LMS running on Windows 10. I've found that slides don't display properly - fonts change and letters disappear. Has anyone else had this issue?
Thanks Michael. That's a great help. It's happening to me in Preview mode as well - and I don't even have Windows 10! Any suggestions on that one? Doesn't seem right... It doesn't always happen, just sometimes (check out the heading in the attachment!)
Hmm, we did have an update this morning, so curious if after updating you are still having an issue?
If you're still seeing the issue feel free to share the .story file here so that we can take a look. If you cannot share in the forums, please share with our team here.
Thanks Leslie. I've submitted a case. Something seems to have broken between Storyline and Adobe Creative cloud fonts.
Also - up until recently - December perhaps - it was no big deal if you had a local version of a font and were syncing another version through Creative Cloud. This has broken big time.
Thanks for the update Pia. I'm not familiar with Creative Cloud or how those font files work, but we certainly advise having the fonts installed. Let me know what your case number is, I'm curious now :)

Hi Pia,
Looks like Michael is sharing some good information with you here.
You mention that you are having an issue with preview as well, is this within the software or are you publishing and viewing that content locally?
Thanks Leslie. Yes, I was viewing it within the software on Preview mode.

This has worked flawlessly for the last year. I don't know why it's stopped now *shrugs*
