I am sorry about the roadblock you are running into when trying to publish to Review 360.
When publishing a course to Review, does any sort of error message appear?
As a first step, could I have you try signing out of the desktop application > sign back in > then try to publish to Review 360?

Thanks for getting back to me but Articulate has resolved my issue.
They found one of my animations became corrupted.
