Articulate 360: Video file stops after playing for few minutes while audio continues

Hello, 

have you ever faced such a problem when video file stops while audio is playing in e-learning course (Articulate 360)? Any clue what might cause that?

Hi Aarati,

Thanks for reaching out! You'll want to install the latest version of Storyline 360, which is Update 26. 

Then, publish your file again and host it on a web server or learning management system (LMS) for testing. For quick and easy testing, you can also publish to Review 360.

Let me know if you're still seeing the problem after updating your software!
