I haven't seen this kind of issue mentioned before, so I'm glad you brought it up. What version of Storyline are you using? Does this happen when you're previewing the file, or after you've published it?

Then, publish your file again and host it on a web server or learning management system (LMS) for testing. For quick and easy testing, you can also publish to Review 360.

I am having the same issue and I do have the latest version of Articulate 360. Any suggestions what should I do?
