I haven't tested yet, but as you know the market is mainly dominated by android smartphones.. so wanted to know whether it can also be acCessed on it as it provides HTML5 OUTPUT..
Most people always have their android smartphones handy with them and they want to access their courses on it. So what I want to ask is that are the HTML 5 courses produced on articulate products accessible on them as well..?
As Bruce, said, Articulate doesn't currently support Android. Here's the official support page on that, which includes a link to place a request for support on a particulate mobile device. Articulate pay attention to these requests, so you might want to place a request, as others have.
Hello Thachakorn! Your smart phone won't be able to access Flash media files in your Storyline course. This article compares Flash, HTML5 and Articulate Mobile Player outputs. You'll see that Flash files are only supported in a Flash-enabled browser:
Are you asking about an app to view Articulate courses on mobile devices?
If you are viewing a course built with Storyline 3, Storyline 360 or Studio 360, the responsive player does all the work...no app required!
Rise courses are fully responsive, and they play beautifully on any device.
We also have the Articulate Mobile Player (AMP) app which is supported on iPads and Android devices (phones and tablets). AMP is a great option if you need to allow your learners to download the course for offline viewing.

Articulate is not currently supported on Android.
I suppose it could work on an iPad, I guess the question is do you really want that?
