Hi Nalin,

As Bruce, said, Articulate doesn't currently support Android. Here's the official support page on that, which includes a link to place a request for support on a particulate mobile device. Articulate pay attention to these requests, so you might want to place a request, as others have.

Hello Thachakorn!  Your smart phone won't be able to access Flash media files in your Storyline course.  This article compares Flash, HTML5 and Articulate Mobile Player outputs.  You'll see that Flash files are only supported in a Flash-enabled browser:

Adobe Flash Player 10.3 or later, and one of the following browsers:

  • Windows: Internet Explorer 8 and later, Microsoft Edge (latest version), Google Chrome (latest version), Firefox (latest version)
  • Mac: Safari 7 and later, Google Chrome (latest version)

Hi Katie!

Are you asking about an app to view Articulate courses on mobile devices?

  • If you are viewing a course built with Storyline 3, Storyline 360 or Studio 360, the responsive player does all the work...no app required!
  • Rise courses are fully responsive, and they play beautifully on any device.
  • We also have the Articulate Mobile Player (AMP) app which is supported on iPads and Android devices (phones and tablets).  AMP is a great option if you need to allow your learners to download the course for offline viewing.

Here's some information from our Storyline 360 User Guide on publishing your course for mobile devices!
