Everytime I try to import an engage interaction into Storyline it crashes. I have to restart. My institution recently switched to the enterprise version of MS365. Wondering if that has anything to do with it.
It was working and now suddenly crashes when I try to import from engage. HELP
I'm sorry to hear Storyline keeps crashing on you while trying to import Engage! I recommend checking to see if that version of Office 365 is the desktop application and not the web version, as the web version is not supported and may cause issues.
