Articulate Desktop App not launching

Purchased in Aug 22, last used in Oct 22, attempted to open today (March 23).  The app will not launch. It attempts to open, but the sign in stays white with no text, buttons, or hotlinks. It must be closed from the task bar. I have uninstalled & reinstalled the app.

I'm happy to help figure out this snag with you! It sounds like the Articulate 360 desktop app freezes when opening, preventing you from signing in. Do you know if a firewall might be blocking your access to Articulate 360? If so, can you ask your network administrator to allow communication over port 443 and add these domains to your allowlist?

It would also be helpful if you can share a screenshot or screen recording of what you're seeing when opening Articulate 360! You can attach it to this discussion.
