Thanks for sharing your idea. I could see how that would be helpful 'at a glance' when searching.  

We do have a 'Mark as Helpful' option within the conversation that you can use if the issue is resolved. Also, when searching within E-Learning Heroes, we've integrated our support articles which would have any documented, known solutions.
