Are you having an issue with seeing the reported user name and result in your LMS? I looked at your file and everything is set up correctly. I also tested the quiz in SCORM cloud and everything is reporting as it should.

But in success factors LMS the course is not set as "done", and no reporting :-( this is frustrating, it s just an easy test. Any further ideas about the settings in LMS?

The data you're looking for is reported to the LMS by Storyline. Here is an article that includes a list of the data sent to an LMS when using SCORM 2004.
