Based on your screenshot, it seems that there is an issue accessing the website through Microsoft Edge. This might be due to some of your internet or proxy settings but it's hard to tell just from the screenshot. I noticed however that you also have Google Chrome installed. Would you mind trying to set Google Chrome as your default browser? If you need the steps, I added them below:
1. On your computer, click the Start menu Start menu. 2. Click Settings. 3. Open your default apps:
3.1 Original version: Click System and then Default apps. 3.2 Creators Update: Click Apps and then Default apps.
4. At the bottom, under "Web browser," click your current browser (typically Microsoft Edge). 5. In the "Choose an app" window, click Google Chrome.
Once done, try the installation once more and see if you'll be able to access the redirect page through Chrome.
Thank you Jaycee; it worked for the time being. However, the IT person who installed the first time tried in Chrome and due to error switched default browser to Edge, with no luck in either browser.
