New to Articulate and Storyline. When trying to add a slide to a story, Articulate Storylinecrashes. New installation, first story. Even loading a sample story and trying to add a slide it crashes. I suspect a bad installation. IfI deactivate, uninstall, and then reinstall, would this mess up my license count?
