Articulate Mobile Player Support

Jun 19, 2020

Hi Everyone!

We're nearly a year and a half into the change over to a new LMS and it seems there's been a snag. It is feared that the new system won't be in place until sometime in 2021. Why is this important? Here's the long and short of it.

In our industry, the capabilities of our LMS are highly regulated. We've been using an old, off-the-shelf LMS that we've modified over the years. We are switching to Fox Britannica, but the adaptations to implement it within our environment are being delayed so we may be forced to use our old LMS into next year.

Our old LMS, to deliver training to our learners (who are remote and using iPads), requires we use Flash-based courseware built in Storyline and deliver it to learners using the Articulate Mobile Player (AMP).

This pushes up using Flash and AMP past their support dates. We'd like to set up a call with our IT department and someone (or more) from Articulate to discuss what ending support for AMP will mean and how we can prepare to support our learners to continue to use AMP until our new LMS can be launched.

Would you be able to connect me with someone with whom I can set up this conference call?

Much appreciated!

Michael
